FAQ 1 - Products, Packages, Pricing Page and Delivery

Q: What are AI agents?

A: AI agents are AI-powered software solutions designed to assist or automate various business processes, leveraging technologies such as chatbots, Machine Learning, Algorithms, Analytics, and Data Science.

The term 'agent' finds its roots in Latin, specifically originating from the Latin word 'agens,' one form of the verb 'agere,' signifying 'to do' or 'to act.' In Latin, 'agens' denoted a person or entity engaged in performing an action or executing a task. As time passed, this term underwent evolution and was assimilated to describe individuals or entities that act on behalf of others to accomplish specific goals or missions.

Therefore, AI agent is a suitable and descriptive term that conveys a sense of activity and agency, and on the contrary, not passivity as for example "assistant". It implies that the system is actively working on behalf of the user or the business to meet goals, suggesting a level of autonomy and capability.

Q: What are Webchat, Whatsapp and Slack interfaces?

A: Are interfaces used to keep a communication with the agent:

  • Webchat: Webchat refers to an online chat platform that enables real-time communication between users over the internet. This chat can be deployed, for example, on a website.

  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp is a popular messaging app that operates on mobile devices and is widely used for personal and business communication.

  • Slack: Slack is a collaboration platform designed for teams and workplaces. It also integrates with various other apps and services to enhance productivity and teamwork within organizations.

Q: What is AI personality?

A: What we here refer to AI personality is how the agent generates text that mimics a specific character or role. By guiding and providing the agent with a particular context, it is possible to shape its responses, reflecting the desired personality traits, tone, or characteristics.

Q: What is AI temperature?

A: AI temperature is a parameter that controls how random or focused the output of the AI agent is. That’s why it can be used to control the creativity and objectivity of the agent. An AI agent can have different temperature parameters and values, depending, for example, on the specific part of the service being carried out.

Q: What is AI Intent?

A: The Intent (from ‘user intention’) is a non-linear and flexible conversation path within the agent. The agent listens to the input and triggers a specific Intent, that can be, for example: getting specific information; scheduling appointment; leaving review; filing a complaint; and so on. The more Intents there are programmed in an agent, the more able it is to properly handle different requests.

Q: What is the LLM base model?

A: Is the LLM used by the AI agent in its tasks. LLM stands for "Large Language Model," which is a type of system capable of understanding and generating human-like text based on the input it receives. Two famous LLM from OpenAI are: ChatGPT vs. 3.5, and the more advanced ChatGPT vs.4.

Q: What is Model Training/Learning for the Knowledge Base?

A: Model training for a knowledge base is the process for teaching an AI model by providing it with data, which it uses to learn and generate responses. An agent can learn, for example, all the information contained in a very large business guide in order to help employees.

Q: What is the Recommendation System?
A: The AI's capability to make offers, or provide suitable product or service recommendations to the user. The agent powered with this system can, for example, be taught to offer a specific product, eventually tailored, depending on a user’s story/entry.

Q: What is the Knowledge Base?

A: A Knowledge Base is a structured repository of information and data that the agent uses to understand, reason, and make decisions. It typically contains facts, rules, relationships, and all the information that enable the AI to provide contextually relevant responses and perform tasks effectively.

Q: What are the configuration options?

A: Our products support different configurations, including chat and tone customization, autonomy levels of the agents, and a Knowledge Base with business-specific information and with other tailored sources. We tailor your agent's configuration to align with the information you provide, ensuring it best suits your business needs.

Q: Can you explain the process of delivering a product?

A: After you order a package, we require you general information about the business and other information we may judge relevant. After that, the process begins with the Requirement Analysis, followed by the Design phase and an Agile-Scrum software development. We aim to allow clients to utilize and test the product within a week and we continue to improve it to meet the specific demands while maintaining our quality standards.
